Assessment Clinician - Methodist Home for Children, Kinston, NC

About the role

At Methodist Home for Children (MHC), we provide comprehensive residential assessments to help match youth to the most appropriate services in their communities. We are seeking an Assessment Clinician for our Kinston, NC center.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and complete psychometric tasks
• Write psychosocial histories and individualized service plans
• Serve as the primary liaison for families and court service staff
• Work under the direction of a licensed psychologist within a supportive, interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field
• Licensed or provisionally licensed in NC (LCSW, LCMHC, or LPA)
• Two years of experience providing therapeutic services
• Psycho metric experience preferred, but not required

Pay

$55,000 - $65,000, based on education and experience
