Assessment and Referral Clerk

About the role

Join our team as an Assessment and Referral Clerk and become a crucial part of our welcoming community at South Sound Behavioral Hospital (SSBH). The A&R Clerk assists in receiving, scheduling, and/or referring inquiry calls, supports A&R Counselors, Coordinators, and the Director with coordinating assessments, initiating intake paperwork, and collecting insurance information. You will also work with Admission Coordinators to ensure a smooth transition into the admission process.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience working in a hospital intake department
• C.N.A. certification preferred

Pay

This is a Per Diem role with an expected compensation range of $23–$25 hourly. Consideration will be provided based on experience and skill level.
