Assembly Worker

About the role

Select Staffing in Pueblo, CO has immediate performance-to-hire openings for Assemblers with Trane. No experience is necessary.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM | Pay: $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00PM – 10:30PM | Pay: $18.00/hour
• Mandatory overtime is often required. This can mean starting as early as 5AM, working up to 12 hours per day, 5–6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Successful completion of "Work Skills" training for the various processes on the shop floor
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product
• Rotate through all the tasks required in production processes
• Assist in the production of wiring assemblies
• Maintain clean work areas

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• No experience necessary; willing to train
