Assembly Welder

Full time and permanent position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. This job will consist of mostly assembly and some welding. There is great opportunity to advance into a more skilled welding role. Immediate hire.

Pay

$22–$25 per hour based on previous experience and interview. Weekly pay.

Schedule

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available. Monday–Friday working 8–10 hours per day and some Saturdays. Overtime is available.

Job Duties of Assembly Welder

• MIG welding on various types of material.
• Set up machine based on each task.
• Use of cutting tools and other related equipment.
• Operating forklifts and overhead crane (will be trained).
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Must keep work station clean and organized.

Requirements of Assembly Welder

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of on the job welding experience.
• Pass a weld test if needed.
• Use of power tools and other equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be willing to work overtime if needed.
