Assembly Technician

About the role

We are seeking hands-on, reliable Assembly Technicians to join our growing team at the Plymouth facility. This is a temp-to-hire position ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Count and bag fasteners for packaging
• Assemble metal frames using rivet guns and cordless drills
• Box and pack finished units for shipping
• Maintain consistent production and quality standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Stand throughout your shift in a production environment

Requirements

• Ability to work with hand tools and follow assembly steps
• Comfortable lifting and moving parts/materials
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, grip, squat, and lift
• Must be at least 18 years old

Previous assembly or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Remote/Telecommute option available.
