Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including airline systems, with a high level of accuracy.
• Perform post‑paint assembly: complete detailed assembly routines on trucks following the painting process, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Install prefabricated components: mount and secure prefabricated parts and assemblies onto trucks with precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret technical documents: utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide the assembly process and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Operate tools and equipment: proficiently use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete complex assembly tasks safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read 1/8" graduations on tape measure
• Repair shop experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $20‑$25 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including skills, experience, and location.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
