Schedule

This position is located full-time, onsite at our Re:Build Manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. We are hiring for both 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm) and 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm).

Responsibilities

• Installs/assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written and electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Maintains inventory of components, hardware, and other necessary department items.
• Organizes assembly area and maintains assembly equipment and tooling.
• Contributes ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentation.
• Communicates with management, team leads, operators, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.
• Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience on an assembly line or similar within the manufacturing industry.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings and work instructions.
• Demonstrated in-process inspection competence.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Both mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Honest and timely communication.
• Self-motivation and positive attitude.
• Integrity and safety focus.
