We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must include only sections with real specific content. We need to extract content.
From posting:
- About the role: The intro paragraph: "Build What Takes Flight | Assembly Technician PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an Assembly Technician in Kinston, NC, partnering with a leader in the aviation industry. Put your aviation production experience to work where precision, craftsmanship, and quality truly matter. As an Assembly Technician, you’ll perform critical mechanical and production assembly operations, working from blueprints and specifications to build, install, inspect, modify, and test aircraft components and assemblies. If you have hands-on aviation manufacturing experience and know your way around drills, fasteners, torque tools, precision measuring equipment, and structural assembly processes, we want to hear from you."
That's about the role.
- Responsibilities: List under "What You’ll Do" and bullet list after "Your Responsibilities Will Include". We'll combine.
- Requirements: There's "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could be separate sections: Requirements (maybe required) and Preferred Qualifications (maybe as Qualifications). The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: Required Qualifications -> Requirements heading. Preferred Qualifications -> Qualifications heading (or Skills?). Skills could be extracted from required qualifications: proficiency with tools, communication, etc. But we can also put skills under Skills heading. However we must not create thin sections. Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role (maybe not a standard heading but we can use About the role as h3). Responsibilities (h3). Requirements (h3) for required qualifications. Qualifications (h3) for preferred qualifications. Skills (h3) maybe combine some skill statements from required/preferred? Could be redundant. Better to include Skills if we have distinct skill list: "Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to clearly communicate complex issues to others. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive matters." Those are skills. Also "Basic proficiency using a variety of hand and production tools." etc. Might be okay.
Pay: we have Pay Rate: $35.71 per hour. Also Pay Details later: "$35.71 per hour". So we can have Pay section.
Schedule: we have Schedule: Monday through Friday; Shift: Must be able and willing to work any shift, including overtime as needed. So Schedule section.
Benefits: we have Benefit offerings: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Also paid leave etc. So Benefits section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove those.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We must preserve all substantive info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
