Assembly Technician

About the role

New Wire Marine is a fast‑paced, growing company located in Charleston, SC. We design and build aftermarket boat dash and switch panels for individual customers, service shops, and OEMs around the world. Our products are custom made to order. Every panel is designed, milled, etched, and assembled in‑house.

Responsibilities

• Use wiring schematics and technical drawings to assemble a variety of custom boat dash and switch panels.

Requirements

• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and ready to learn.
• Take pride in your work.
• Work in an organized, efficient, and productive manner.
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods while working on detailed assembly projects.
• Positive attitude and enjoy learning new skills.

Qualifications

Previous wiring or assembly experience is helpful but not required. We’re happy to train the right person and teach you the skills needed to succeed in the role.

• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings.
