About the role

Kondex Corporation is looking for an Assembly Technician to join the Sickle Assembly department.

Current opening on 1st shift
1st Shift hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Hours may fluctuate depending on customer requirements and training needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Basic manual assembly using pneumatic and hand tools. - Reading prints and routings. - Performing basic inspections using hand-held measuring devices. - Wrapping completed products in preparation for shipment. - Closing orders in computer system. - Performing manual material handling. - Performing 5S activities, including limited preventative maintenance on equipment. - May assist in training full time, part time, and temporary associates in the Sickle Assembly department.

Requirements

- Prior computer experience in a manufacturing environment (ERP/MRP (Epicor) or HMI systems) is preferred. - Prior experience using basic hand tools is preferred. - Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent work experience. - Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$19.35 - $23.35 per hr Kondex is an equal opportunity employer.
