Assembly Tech II - 3rd Shift

About the role

As an Assembly Tech II, you will join a dynamic team within Brunswick’s winning culture by supporting Mercury Marine’s core values of Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high-quality inboard and outboard marine engines.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies.
• Set-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules.
• Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals.
• Take appropriate action when out-of-tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.

Pay

The hiring rate for this position is $26.74 per hour.
