About the role

This posting is part of JCB’s effort to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of the opening of our new San Antonio manufacturing facility. By applying, you will be considered for future opportunities as we move closer to launching operations.

Candidates should realistically be available to begin training as early as August of 2026. Please note that timelines may shift and will ultimately depend on readiness to safely launch our facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to standardized work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures safely and correctly
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Maintain production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and team leads

Qualifications

• Mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level opportunities available)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
