Responsibilities
- Moves product and maintains the organization of product flow.
- Assigns and moves kits physically and electronically to/from the Assembly and Special Operations Operator shelve locations using guidelines specified by the supervisor.
- Assigns kits primarily based on the order due dates by referencing the production schedule, shipping schedule, and any other method of communication for due date adjustments.
- Adjusts work assignments to complete more urgent orders.
- Audit the kit product labels, forms, weight, and quantity as specified by the supervisor.
- Is active in communications for product order adjustments.
- Balances the product flow and assignments based on accommodations, certifications, availability, and other guidelines and in coordination with the supervisor.
- Assists in other administrative product handling.
- Organize and maintain product and supply shelving.
- Keeps work area clean and organized.
- Assists with other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Must Haves
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Experience assigning work is preferred
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Strong organization and communication skills with internal customers
- Detail oriented with the ability to adapt to changes
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Processing software and spreadsheet software skills
