Responsibilities
- Load and Unload bumpers on the OEM lines
- Continuous lifting
- Assemble bumpers as required
- Read and interpret work and inspection instructions
- Ensure parts meet quality standards
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds repetitively
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Identify different tools & shells
- Transfer product
- Identify all defects
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Comply with departmental procedures regarding environmental protection
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of inspection standards & pit grade ruler
- Basic knowledge of in-process tags & production tickets
