Assembly Kanban Leader (B and D shifts)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assign operators to work area and designate breaks.
• Affix to loading and unloading of truck shipments, stocking and picking carts - customer orders and kanbans.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Print and prepare picklists to keep S/R supplied with orders to pick on multiple shifts.
• Perform limited functions of S/R Supervisor in the event of his/her absence.
• Scan all items received and enter receipts using MICS - gun or PC.
• Stock, transfer, pick, wrap and other tasks involved with shipping/receiving process.
• Assigned to Cycle Count area and keep area clean.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the positions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Will be required to obtain fork lift and stand up lift certification.
• Frequent lifting of 15 to 35 pounds; occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, bend and reach and lift boxes as high as 66 inches.
• Must be able to work at heights up to 18 feet and capable of operating a pallet jack.
• Safety equipment restricts a personal weight limit up to 325 lbs.
