About the role
Oversee spacecraft integration and testing activities for next-generation satellite programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration and test efforts, ensuring mission readiness from component assembly to launch operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to verify parts, develop test plans, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage AIT strategy, team performance, and risk mitigation, guiding verification and validation processes.
- Support launch activities and deliver critical artifacts for launch campaigns.
- Review supplier plans and oversee test procedures, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related field.
- 8+ years in spacecraft I&T or AIT, with proven leadership experience.
- Experience with spacecraft and optical payload testing, environmental tests, and industry standards.
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites and launch locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with laser communications, test scripting, modeling tools, and project management.
- Active security clearance.
