About the role

As a member of our team, you will work with established assembly procedures to ensure quality production in a clean and organized work environment. You will cross-train to support other product lines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components.
• Use hand and small power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, to assemble components.
• Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions.
• Perform final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories.
• Use various measuring and testing devices, such as multimeters and megohmmeters, to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies.
• Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to assembly, such as fitting and alignment problems.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General assembly experience desired.

Skills

• Organizational skills.
• Technical competencies: ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Troubleshooting: ability to resolve basic assembly issues.
