About the Role
Assembly G1 is an entry-level position responsible for completing various tasks within Hadrian Assembly areas. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of common industry concepts, practices, and procedures. The Assembler must be detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a contagious ability to motivate coworkers while meeting and exceeding daily production targets.
Responsibilities
- Work under direct supervision to meet daily productivity targets safely and on time.
- Demonstrate positive and safe workplace behavior while collaborating as a team to achieve daily production goals.
- Complete a variety of tasks within the Hadrian Assembly department.
- Assist in building bathroom partitions using power air tools following established safety procedures.
- Perform quality checks and safely stack assembled partitions.
- Comply with company Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) on the shop floor.
- Focus on learning tasks and ensuring quality at all times.
- Perform repetitive tasks and handle materials weighing 5-20 lbs. during an 8-10 hour shift.
- Contribute to team success by staying aware of best practices and emerging issues, sharing knowledge, and building effective working relationships.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to train across all departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience with increasing responsibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow Standard Work Instructions for all assigned tasks.
- Flexibility to work extra hours during weekdays and weekends.
- Demonstrates leadership skills through informal coaching and teaching.
- Ability, willingness, and motivation to lead and mentor coworkers in the future.

Pay
$20.94 per hour.
