About the role

Fully proficient individual contributor who performs effectively under limited supervision. Operates with a high degree of independence, requiring minimal guidance and oversight. Assignments are moderately complex and require sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to evaluate options and recommend appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource to colleagues by providing expertise and guidance in specialized areas.
• Communicates regularly with contacts both within and outside the department to exchange information, clarify requirements, interpret policies or processes, and facilitate agreement on actions or outcomes.
• Demonstrates the ability to analyze situations, explain complex information, and make well-reasoned recommendations that support business objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience
• Preferred: Additional Skills - Good communication skills, Able to work as a team member or individual contributor
