About the role
Microwave Techniques' Systems Division, located in Nashua, NH, is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high-power industrial microwave systems. Our team creates and delivers state-of-the-art microwave systems, generators, and circulators for applications in Scientific, Food Processing, Semiconductor, Plasma, Industrial Heating, and Industrial Drying sectors.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics (schematics reading is a plus).
- Use hand tools, power tools, and learn new tools or techniques as required.
- Work with small components and screws.
- Perform repetitive tasks that may require long periods of sitting or standing.
- Work in an environment with electrical hazards, including microwaves and high-strength magnets.
- Use general computer knowledge for work ticket scanning.
- Follow instructions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain effective communication and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to focus on repetitive work and maintain consistent attendance.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Safety shoes and safety glasses are required on the production floor.
