As an Assembler, you’ll help produce high‑quality residential and commercial water treatment systems with accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Light assembly of water treatment equipment and kits according to detailed instructions.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Work across various workstations to meet production schedules.
• Identify and report quality, equipment, process, or material concerns.
• Follow Franklin Electric quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Punctual and dependable with great attendance.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1–2 years or more experience in a manufacturing‑type position (preferred).
• Forklift certification with 1–3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred).

Physical Demands

• Continuously lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb.
• Continuously stand; regularly walk.
• Occasionally sit; ascend/descend ladders, stairs, or ramps.
• Turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities and reach above shoulders.
