Responsibilities
- Perform final assembly of custom products, including installation of gaskets, nuts, bolts, locks, brackets, and other components
- Package finished goods in boxes or on skids and prepare products for shipment
- Mark, tag, and identify components for inventory control and customer requirements
- Absorb and share assembly techniques with team members as needed
- Operate hand and power tools including belt sanders, drills, rivet nut guns, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment
- Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and balancing throughout the workday
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication experience is preferred
