Assembly Associate - DAY SHIFT ONLY

About the role

MICCI is seeking individuals for various positions within the company. The primary focus is on manufacturing automotive compressors and magnetic clutches.

Responsibilities

• Perform small parts assembly for automotive compressor production
• Obtain a Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) license as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic reading and computer navigation skills
• Ability to follow directions and work accurately and thoroughly
• High attention to detail and self-motivation
• Pass basic math, reading, and dexterity tests
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Physical demands: Regularly lift up to 35 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, and possess manual dexterity for quick and accurate assembly
