Assembly Associate

Responsibilities

• Hand assemble lightweight components with care and precision.
• Apply epoxy adhesives following detailed work instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to Macedon, NY.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Able to perform repetitive hand assembly tasks.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, or other hands-on work experience is helpful but not required.
• Dependable with a solid work history and good attendance.
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed work instructions.
