Assembly Associate

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is seeking a hardworking, driven team member to join our production operations. In this role, you will be part of a team focused on the preparation and assembly of various raw materials. All A-Team members are cross-trained inside and outside their main department, with widely available leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
• Perform material cutting to precise width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
• Assist in the assembly and production of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with the team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Assist in streamlining inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while gaining exposure to supply chain operations and material forecasting.

Requirements

• Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of how to use various power tools is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of how to read and interpret blueprint drawings is a plus but not required.

Pay

$17–$20 per hour

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM. Overtime opportunities are available.
