Responsibilities

• Read and understand instructions (in English) to manually assemble products or parts.
• Spot issues as they arise to ensure a reliable product.
• Stand, bend, and reach within your workstation to build and assemble products.
• Contribute to the team's success by learning to build multiple product lines.
• Work collaboratively with your team to add value to the organization.

Requirements

• Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Safety-conscious with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3-11 PM

Pay

2nd Shift: $15.18/hr Base + Shift Premium + Incentive Rate, totaling ~$19-26+ hourly
