Assembler (Temp to Hire)

About the Role

This is a Temp to Hire position working in lean manufacturing work cells, performing final assembly of IR camera products and cores.

Responsibilities

• Follow lean manufacturing processes and work instructions
• Ensure quality of work
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to learn new skills
• Train and learn to assemble new products across various product lines
• Perform inspection of products as required

Skills

• Fine motor skills required to assemble small parts
• Ability to use small tools with great attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Soldering experience highly desired
• Computer skills may be required to read and enter data
• Understanding of quality requirements for assembling products

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
