About the role
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Assembler (Stacker) - 3rd Shift to join the team on Lincoln Ave. in Waukesha, WI.
Responsibilities
- The Stacker assembles coils, steel Cores, and clamps to initiate the building process for Transformers.
- Sets up stack tables for proper dimensions, and stacks steel according to specifications.
- The stacker also welds core clamp assemblies in place.
- In This Function, You Will Follow bill of material for required core steel assemblies to be cut. (S-style)
- Closely monitor automatic shearing of steel while at the same time stacking on stack table.
- Monitor core steel for burr level, correct sizing, and proper stacking. (S-style
