Wilson Trailer has openings for full-time Assemblers in Sioux City, Iowa. This is an excellent career opportunity with a leader in the truck trailer industry. We have openings on day shift.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, starting at 5:30 am until 3:00 pm.

Pay & Benefits

Essential Functions

• Perform a safety inspection of hoist chains, and all tools used to ensure safety
• Ability to use a huck gun, drill, and other handheld tools
• Ability to read and understand production and print orders
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure
• Keep a clean and organized work area at all times
• Subject to other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Current Certification to weld
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate clearly and concisely using the English Language
• Average computer skills; ability to locate prints and enlarge them to clarify orders occasionally
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good attendance record
• Willingness to learn
• Enjoy working with others in a busy workplace
• Ability to meet physical demands
• Ability to wear Personal Protective equipment (PPE) (protective eyewear, hearing protection, hardhat, safety-toe boots, protective glove-leather or otherwise)
