Assemble, install, and adjust aircraft seat components and sub-assemblies with precision in an onsite production environment. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly operations such as bonding and riveting
• Interpret drawings, work orders, and instructions
• Set up fixtures and equipment
• Make final adjustments and alignments
• Perform repairs and quality checks
• Handle materials efficiently
• Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency in using hand tools
• Basic math skills
• Accurate documentation of work
