Assembler - Nitrogen

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical nitrogen systems, components, and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, tubing, and pneumatic connections.
• Install and route wiring harnesses, sensors, switches, relays, and control components.
• Conduct functional testing, purity, leak testing, and troubleshooting of assembled systems.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Identify and communicate assembly or quality issues to leadership and engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation.

Requirements

• Safely and effectively utilize hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, self-tapping wrenches and power tools (air drivers torqued between 3 - 55 in/lbs.).
• Repetitive movement of parts (1-10 lbs./part) and team lift parts over 25 lbs.
• Packaging operations include packaging parts into cartons and taping boxes using auto tape dispensers and large crates.
• Movement of pallets containing completed parts using a pallet jack. (pallets weigh between 42-900 lbs.).
• Some operations require computer entries and must be accurate.
• Must be able to take constructive criticism/feedback.
• Assembly workers are also required to rotate from job to job occasionally.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
