Assembler - Level 3 - Mon-Fri (Swing shift)

Honeywell Aerospace · San Jose, CA · 4 wk ago
Management$29.33–$36.54/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes "Job Description" then "In this role, you will impact..." That's about the role. Then "Responsibilities" with bullet points. Then "Qualifications" includes pay transparency, US person requirements, benefits, YOU MUST HAVE, WE VALUE, About Honeywell Aerospace, THE BUSINESS UNIT, etc. We need to follow rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (the initial paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (maybe combine requirements and qualifications). Benefits (list). Pay (the hourly pay range). Possibly Skills (the "YOU MUST HAVE" and "WE VALUE" could be under Skills or Qualifications). The instructions say we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real content. Let's extract content: - About the role: "In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing quality and productivity by applying your advanced assembly skills and knowledge to support the Integrated Supply Chain operations." - Responsibilities: bullet list: - Work in a production environment to provide mechanical assembly support on complex microwave subsystems, meeting daily output goals established by your lead. - Work in a production environment to build circuit card assemblies. This includes manually soldering both surface mount and through-hole components and the application of conformal coating after soldering. - Carefully follow production documentation and processes, including keeping detailed records of rework performed. - Actively participate in daily production meetings. - Qualifications: There's a "Pay Transparency" section with pay range. Also "U.s. Person Requirements". Also "Benefits Of Working For Honeywell Aerospace". Also "YOU MUST HAVE" list. Also "WE VALUE" list. Also "About Honeywell Aerospace". Also "THE BUSINESS UNIT". Also EEO statement (should be removed). Also application period etc (should be removed as boilerplate). Also posting date maybe minor metadata; could be folded into a short p or dropped. We need to decide sections: Could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including requirements, pay, benefits?), Skills (maybe combine YOU MUST HAVE and WE VALUE), Benefits (list), Pay (explicit). But we must not create sections with filler. We need to ensure each section has substantive content. We could structure as:

    About the role

In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing quality and productivity by applying your advanced assembly skills and knowledge to support the Integrated Supply Chain operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Work in a production environment to provide mechanical assembly support on complex microwave subsystems, meeting daily output goals established by your lead.
    • Work in a production environment to build circuit card assemblies. This includes manually soldering both surface mount and through-hole components and the application of conformal coating after soldering.
    • Carefully follow production documentation and processes, including keeping detailed records of rework performed.
    • Actively participate in daily production meetings.

    Qualifications

U.S. Person Requirements: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Pay Transparency: The hourly pay range for this position is $29.33 - $36.54/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

But we might separate Pay into its own section. The instructions: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." Pay is stated, so we can have a Pay section. Benefits also stated, so we can have Benefits section. Schedule not stated, so omit. Thus we could have:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

      ...

    Qualifications

    U.S. Person Requirements: ...

    Skills

Maybe combine YOU MUST HAVE and WE VALUE as skills. But we also have "About Honeywell Aerospace" and "THE BUSINESS UNIT" which are descriptive about company; could be considered "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Could we include under "About the role"? Probably not. The instructions say we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add other headings. So we need to fit that content somewhere else, maybe within Qualifications or Skills as prose. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include the About Honeywell Aerospace and THE BUSINESS UNIT somewhere. Could put them under a

within Qualifications or maybe under a generic

without heading? The instruction says output ONLY the HTML fragment; we can include

elements not under headings? It didn't forbid that. It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have prose paragraphs outside of headings. But we should avoid extra headings without content. So we can just have paragraphs for company description. Thus final HTML could be:

We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, application period, posting date maybe minor metadata; we could drop them. Also remove "Learn more about inclusion and diversity : click here". Also "Learn more about Honeywell: click here" maybe keep as prose? It's a link; we could keep as . The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; "Learn more about Honeywell: click here" is a link; it's substantive? It's a reference; we could keep as click here but we don't have URL. The original says "Learn more about Honeywell: click here". No actual URL given. Might be placeholder; better to drop as it's not substantive. Similarly "Explore your benefits: https://honeywellaerospacebenefits.com/" we kept. We also need to remove duplicated lines: there is duplicate of "Work in a production environment to provide mechanical assembly support..." appears twice? Actually in responsibilities we saw duplicate line: "Work in a production environment to provide
