About the role
Assemble electronic and mechanical components—modules, boards, and cables—in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, soldering, inspection, testing, rework, and repair activities
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Interpret technical instructions and schematics
- Conduct continuity checks and support prototype testing under simulated conditions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- IPC J-STD-001 Certification
- 1–3 years of experience in hand soldering and electronic assembly within a manufacturing environment
Skills
- Extensive manufacturing experience
- Proficiency with technical documents, MES software, and Microsoft 365
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork
