Assembler Lead

About the role

Oversee and coordinate the activities of assembly or fabrication of mechanical parts for oilfield pumping equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assembly process may include fitting, mounting, alignment, adjusting, and operational testing and other duties.
• Promotes and contributes safety awareness.
• Promotes and takes an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes.
• Performs preventive maintenance, inspects production equipment, and performs minor repairs.
• Employees must be able to read blueprints and drawings, and be knowledgeable in the use of precision measuring instruments.
• Tasks include performing manufacturing math calculations and use of specialized lifting equipment.
• Assigns work to team.
• Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of mechanical equipment
