Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Assemble components or sub‑assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures.
• Inspect parts for defects or damage.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Ability to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or a strong desire to learn, with consistent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Action‑oriented: enjoys working hard, energetic, seizes opportunities.
• Collaborative team player: seeks input, includes others in decisions, self‑aware, handles conflict constructively, works across functions, builds trusting relationships through transparency and integrity.
