Assembler I (1st Shift) - Large Pack
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content.
We have:
- Pay: hourly rate $20.47 per hour. So Pay section.
- Schedule: CORE HOURS: 6AM - 2:30PM. So Schedule section.
- Benefits: list: Health benefits effective day one of employment. Retirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more! Also later: Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work. Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview. So we have benefits content.
- About the role: maybe description of role: "Assembler I (1st Shift) - Large Pack." Could be considered About the role. We have description of duties in "What You’ll Do". That's responsibilities.
- Responsibilities: list of duties: Perform simple repetitive bench assembly... etc. Also pick, pack and pull orders, troubleshoot, keep work areas clean, support CI/LEAN, maintain 5-S, track visual management tools, encourage Kaizen.
- Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: No relocation benefit, only candidates within 50 miles, Active-Duty Military exempt, no immigration sponsorship. Also Position Criteria: Ability to communicate effectively, stand on feet, fine manipulation, wear PPE. Also Skills/Physical Demands: stand, lift 35 lbs, occasionally more, exposure to high noise, high traffic, oils, lubricants, solvents. Also interview process, privacy, EEO, second chance, accommodation request phone number. Those are qualifications/requirements.
We need to separate Qualifications vs Skills? The instruction says use headings for Qualifications, Skills, etc. We can put qualifications (basic qualifications) under Qualifications heading, and physical demands/skills under Skills heading.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The EEO statement is boilerplate; we should remove it. Also the accommodation request phone number maybe part of qualifications? It's a procedural detail; maybe keep as part of Qualifications? It's not boilerplate? It's about accommodation request; could be considered part of Qualifications? Might be considered administrative; but we can keep as part of Qualifications? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The accommodation request is not EEO but it's a procedural note; maybe keep.
We also need to remove duplicated lines.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft sections:
About the role
Assembler I (1st Shift) - Large Pack position at Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division.
But maybe we can combine with responsibilities? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine About the role and Responsibilities? But we need to follow headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (the role title and division). Could be minimal but still substantive. We'll include. Responsibilities: list of duties. Qualifications: basic qualifications (relocation, geography, military exemption, no immigration sponsorship) plus position criteria (communication, stand, fine manipulation, PPE). Also maybe include accommodation request? Might be part of Qualifications. Skills: physical demands and skills (lifting, noise exposure, etc.) plus interview process, privacy, second chance, accommodation request? Actually accommodation request already maybe in Qualifications; but we can keep it there. Benefits: list. Pay: hourly rate. Schedule: core hours. We must not include sections like "Benefits" if content is vague like "and more!" but we have specific benefits: Health benefits effective day one, Retirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement. Also mention Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits, Retirement benefits, programs for paid/unpaid time away. That's enough. Now produce HTML. We need- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
We'll create:

We need to ensure no duplicate content: we have stand ability repeated in Qualifications and Skills; that's okay as it's substantive in both contexts but maybe considered duplicate. However we could remove duplicate from Skills to avoid repetition. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; duplicate is still substantive but repeating may be considered duplication. The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid repeating the same sentence exactly. We have "Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift." appears in Qualifications and Skills. That's duplicate. We should keep it only once, perhaps under Skills (physical demands) and remove from Qualifications. However Qualifications also includes "Able to stand on feet continuously during the working shift." as part of position criteria. Could keep it there and remove from Skills. Let's decide: Keep it in Qualifications (position criteria) and remove from Skills to avoid duplication. Also "All positions may require participation in video and in‑person interviews..." appears only in Skills; fine. Also "All candidates’ privacy rights and data security will be protected..." appears only in Skills. Now adjust Skills list accordingly. Also we have "To request a disability‑related reasonable accommodation, call 1‑800‑836‑6345." appears only in Qualifications; fine. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO statement. We removed. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities..." removed. "Employment decisions are based upon job-related reasons..." removed. "Eaton believes in second chance employment..." we kept as part of Skills (substantive). That's okay. "Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction history will be considered regardless of their arrest or conviction history, consistent with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, the California Fair Chance Act and other local laws." We kept a summarized version but we must not summarize away detail. We need to preserve the detail. The original: "Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction history will be considered regardless of their arrest or conviction history, consistent with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, the California Fair Chance Act and other local laws. You do not need to disclose your conviction history or participate in a background check until a conditional job offer is made to you. After making a conditional offer and running a background check, if Eaton is concerned about conviction that is directly related to the job, you will be given the chance to explain the circumstances surrounding the conviction, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report." That's a lot of detail. We must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot summarize away detail. So we need to include that entire paragraph (or broken into list items). The instruction says use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. This is prose, so we can put in
. It's not a list but we can keep as paragraph. Thus we need to add a section maybe under Qualifications or Skills? It's about hiring process and EEO/second chance. It's not exactly qualifications but could be part of Qualifications (general hiring policies). We'll put under Qualifications as a
after the list. Similarly we have "All candidates will be evaluated based on job-related competencies, and all candidates’ privacy rights and data security will be protected in accordance with applicable laws." That's also procedural; we can keep under Skills as a
. We also have "We know that good benefit programs are important to employees and their families. Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work. Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview. Please note that specific programs and options available to an employee may depend on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." That's benefits detail; we already listed some but we should preserve all detail, not summarize away. So we need to include that prose as well, maybe as a
under Benefits. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So
