About the role
Build sub-assemblies and assemblies, primarily wiring battery cabinets that support Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS).
Responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assemble, adjust, or repair components.
- Conduct visual inspections of parts and completed products to meet quality standards.
- Use fixtures, gauges, hand tools, and power tools during assembly processes.
- Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Contribute ideas for process and safety improvements.
Requirements
- At least one year of manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to interpret SOPs.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to distinguish wiring colors.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrical assembly.
- Product maintenance experience.
- Experience with material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with SAP and basic computer skills.
