Responsibilities
- Assemble and perform final testing of aerospace instruments and equipment
- Ensure products meet strict quality and performance standards
- Handle small components and use fine tools with high accuracy
- Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Maintain organization and problem-solving to address assembly challenges
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with at least two years of electronics training or experience
- One or more years in avionic assembly or related field
- Hands-on experience with electronic testing, hand tools, and electronic components
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics
- Strong eye-hand coordination and dexterity
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred Skills
- PCB soldering proficiency (training available)
