About the role

Join a team focused on precision and quality in the assembly and testing of avionics and aircraft components.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and perform final testing of aerospace instruments and equipment
  • Ensure products meet strict quality and performance standards
  • Handle small components and use fine tools with high accuracy
  • Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Maintain organization and problem-solving to address assembly challenges

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with at least two years of electronics training or experience
  • One or more years in avionic assembly or related field
  • Hands-on experience with electronic testing, hand tools, and electronic components
  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronics
  • Strong eye-hand coordination and dexterity
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred Skills

  • PCB soldering proficiency (training available)
