About the Role

Seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator / Welder to assemble high-performance make-up air systems on-site. The role involves interpreting blueprints, mounting components such as fans and motors, operating machinery, and installing insulation with precision.

Responsibilities

• Bring blueprints to life through precise assembly
• Operate tools and machinery, including MIG welding and sheet metal bending
• Safely handle equipment and move components
• Measure, cut, and install insulation accurately
• Ensure quality standards and suggest improvements
• Maintain high craftsmanship and productivity
• Adhere to safety standards and use PPE

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read tape measures, sketches, and technical drawings
• Experience with MIG welding and fabrication tools
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and work overhead
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
