Assembler - Full Time

About the Role

An Energetic Assembler performs assembly and testing functions in a manufacturing environment, focusing on energetic materials and composite solutions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize mechanical, hand, and power tools, test equipment, and fixtures for assembly and inspection.
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials, including explosives and solvents.
• Read and follow SOPs and Process Specifications to operate machinery and ensure product safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, perform equipment maintenance, and recognize operational variances.
• Wear necessary PPE and perform minor equipment setup when required.
• Work may include weekend overtime and physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• Experience in aerospace, energetic, or manufacturing assembly preferred; 2 years preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with team lift, stand/walk most of the day.
• Ability to obtain ATF license, pass background and drug tests.
• Comfort with handling explosive devices safely and adherence to safety protocols.
