Assembler – Entry Level (Urgent Need)

About the role

Assembler – Entry Level position at a Medical Device Company in Zelienople, PA. This is a 12‑month contract (W2) requiring US Citizens or Green Card holders. The role is full‑time (40 hours/week) on first shift, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to assemble electronics.
• Use hand tools (screwdriver).
• Follow written directions.
• May conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods, adhering to quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.

Skills

• Effective communication skills at a level co‑workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to get along with people and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Pay

Pay range: $16‑$20 per hour.

Schedule

First shift, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, 40 hours per week.
