Assembler - Entry Level

About the role

This entry-level role involves basic mechanical assembly, material preparation, and equipment operation within a manufacturing environment. It aims to train employees for promotion to experienced pump assembly roles by providing hands-on skill development under close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performing mechanical assembly tasks and following work instructions.
• Operating equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and rigging tools after training.
• Utilizing precision measurement tools and maintaining safety standards.
• Supporting the production process in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude or experience with tools in manufacturing, automotive, or maintenance environments preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and reach frequently.
• Willingness to follow verbal and written instructions and work in noisy, fluid-filled environments.
