Assembler (Electrical and Wiring)

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Assembler responsible for performing sub-assembly wiring and final assembly duties on products such as Low and Medium Voltage Electrical Distribution Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Working with power cables
• Crimping connectors
• Interpreting schematic drawings to ensure precise assembly and wiring
• Adhering to safety standards
• Accurately assembling components based on layouts or drawings
• Working effectively as part of a team

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly and wiring
• Ability to read schematics and work with hand and power tools
• Reliability and punctuality due to tight deadlines

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with electrical clearances (preferred)
• Technical training or an associate degree (preferred)

Pay

The pay rate is $19.36 - $20.86/hr.

Schedule

The contract duration is 12 months with a potential extension.
