Assembler - Contractor - 6am-2pm shift

Job Purpose

Supports the White Knight Fluid Handling division in Kamas, Utah by assembling and packing final and sub-assemblies for internal and external customers.

Essential Duties

• Assemble and pack both sub-assemblies and completed assemblies under supervision.
• Maintain work efficiency and productivity on assigned work station/assembly position.
• Monitor daily quality of assemblies and report any discrepancies.
• Participate in Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) and problem-solving activities to improve assembly quality and processes.
• Report quality, delivery, and cost data using labor tracking systems.
• Aid other employees as needed.
• Clean up and organize work area daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Essential Position Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Teamwork and following plans.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, lift up to 45 pounds, stoop, push/pull, and handle complex tooling & equipment.
• Frequent repetitive elbow movements and simple grasping with both hands.
• Continuous standing for 8 hours per day.
• Wear safety glasses.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.15 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation.
