Pay
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $22.55 plus shift differential and benefits. Base pay varies within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Schedule
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday – Thursday
Work Location: 1120 Industrial Ave, North Platte, NE
Responsibilities
- Work on assigned production line following SOP for specific job assignments
- Measure, cut, and assemble door units
- Assist with manual labor tasks as needed
- Verify materials by reading the bill of materials and ensure they meet quality expectations
- Palletize, wrap, and label units as needed
- Assemble fabricated parts into subassemblies and complete units
- Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications
- Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions
- Ensure components are placed correctly per SOP
- Repeat tasks until the entire door stack is complete
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Clean up work area at the end of the shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Familiarity with machinery and good math and measurement skills
- Knowledge of proper door sizes and ability to identify reject doors
- Ability to read and write English
- Good attendance and safety records
- Demonstrated teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High attention to detail

Physical Requirements
- Stand for 10–12 hours straight
- Perform repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting)

- Withstand exposure to temperature extremes and uncomfortable noise levels
