Responsibilities
- Responsible for working on an assembly line of doors. (These tasks are fast paced and require a high level of mental alertness. Most work is performed below shoulder level and requires repetitive use of hands.)
- Read and interpret production tickets to build all types of units within the department with the correct quality specification to the customer’s request
- Assemble door components using pneumatic, power, and hand tools safely and apply labels where necessary
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Maintain an adequate level of product knowledge
- Move components and materials safely and report issues to leadership
- Wear PPE such as composite/steel toed shoes, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves (per job function), and high visibility clothing
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Work safely and follow all plant rules
- Show initiative, be a self-starter
- Communicate, in English, in a clear and effective manner
- Ability to multi-task
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, and have end of shift flexibility
- Read a tape measure and do basic math
- Preferably one year experience in a manufacturing setting

Pay
Starting pay rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, overtime as needed
