ASSEMBLER B

What You'll Do

• Assemble a variety of components and sub-assemblies to meet specifications
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and final assembly operations
• Perform riveting operators to assemble components according to specifications and quality standards
• Operate insertion and drill press equipment to install hardware components accurately and efficiently per specifications
• Work from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to complete assemblies
• Ensure quality and accuracy of your work throughout the process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)
• Follow all safety guidelines including PPE and OSHA requirements
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Basic math skills, including measurements and unit conversions
• Experience using hand tools such as drills, torque wrenches, calipers, and screwdrivers
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment (noise, tools, solvents, etc.)

Additional Details

• Exposure to sealants, solvents and typical manufacturing conditions
• Experience working in the Aerospace, Medical or other highly regulated industry
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Person status required)
