What You'll Do
- Work as part of an assembly team to build products according to specifications
- Read and interpret production routings, blueprints, and bills of material
- Operate hydraulic/manual presses and simple assembly machinery
- Pull parts and materials needed for assembly tasks
- Complete accurate labor documentation and inventory tracking
- Maintain clean and orderly workstations in line with safety and 5S standards
- Participate in cross-training and support other assembly tasks as needed
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and knowledge of MSDS
- Adhere to work schedules including start/end times, rest breaks, and cleanup periods
What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma or GED
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to read and comprehend written, verbal, and diagram instructions
- Strong basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide (including fractions and decimals)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills and processes
