Assembler

What You'll Do

• Work as part of an assembly team to build products according to specifications
• Read and interpret production routings, blueprints, and bills of material
• Operate hydraulic/manual presses and simple assembly machinery
• Pull parts and materials needed for assembly tasks
• Complete accurate labor documentation and inventory tracking
• Maintain clean and orderly workstations in line with safety and 5S standards
• Participate in cross-training and support other assembly tasks as needed
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and knowledge of MSDS
• Adhere to work schedules including start/end times, rest breaks, and cleanup periods

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or GED
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to read and comprehend written, verbal, and diagram instructions
• Strong basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide (including fractions and decimals)
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills and processes
