Position Overview

The Production Associate is responsible for assembling outdoor shading products, including motorized patio shades and awnings, in a fast-paced, non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environment. This role involves using power tools, reading job orders, and accurately measuring components to ensure quality and precision. The position requires the ability to lift 50+ lb repeatedly, work effectively in a team, and follow safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and physical stamina are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Read job orders and assemble outdoor shading products according to specifications.
• Use power tools and measuring tools to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lb repeatedly through an 8+ hour shift.
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
• Ability to read and understand basic English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in using power tools and measuring tools to assemble products accurately.

Pay

Annual base salary range: $16 hourly.
