About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, (drywall/ framing) with a basic understanding of prints. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of panels, measuring and cutting insulation, and ensuring all components are correctly installed and securely fastened. You’ll work as part of a 3-4-person team, using tools such as clamps, impact drivers, and drills, while also handling materials like Rockwool, perforated sheet metal, and plastic sheeting.

Responsibilities

  • Install panels as part of the assembly process, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.
  • Measure, cut, and install Rockwool insulation into panels.
  • Install batt insulation (pink insulation) where required.
  • Use clamps to hold materials in place and impact drivers or drills to fasten hardware as needed.
  • Drape plastic as required to protect insulation from the elements.
  • Work with perforated sheet metal, ensuring accurate installation and finishing.
  • Collaborate with a 3-4-person team to complete assembly tasks on time and to required quality standards.
  • Interpret basic prints and assembly instructions to complete the work accurately.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
